Every now and again (actually this is only the 2nd time) I allow guest posts on my blog. Well, it is my blog and I do want to keep it in my voice, but there are times when I share my platform. This is especially true when someone has some good information to present. For those of you who have children who love Halloween or if you yourself love it, then these tips may help you enjoy it during the year of COVID.
Set up a socially-distanced outdoor scary movie night. If you have some space, you could always plan a frightfully fun Halloween movie night with your closest friends and family right in your own backyard!
Host a virtual pumpkin carving contest with friends. Now this one can be especially fun for connecting with friends and family from afar. So, get out your carving knives and paint and get creative with those gourds!
Even though this year has been pretty rough, Halloween can still be fun for your family. You just need to get creative with your activities to ensure everyone stays safe. So, make some plans to make the most of everyone’s favorite season.
In case you’re wondering who provided all of these tips, it was Kristin Louis of https://www.parentingwithkris.com. Perhaps you should check out her page. You might find more interesting things for you and your children…. and with that, I am out.
