Four steps to easy | Atlanta Child Photographer

If you’re anything like me, you are always happy when you have one less thing to do or think about. Anything that makes my life easier is a wonderful thing. With that said, I want to make part of your life easier too, with just four easy steps.

My previous post contained information on preparing for your branding session. If you’d like to read it, click here.  Some time ago, I also wrote a blogpost about preparing for your children’s session. If you’d like to read that, click here. Since the steps are slightly different depending on which session you have, I have decided to talk about them separately.

To experience a children’s session, here’s all you have to do: 1) Book a consultation.

If using a computer, go to my website https://PhoArtgraphy.com and click the Contact Me button, fill out the information and an email will be sent to you to schedule a date and time for the consultation. From Instagram, go to my bio page, click the link and then select Schedule Consultation. During the consultation, we discuss the upcoming session which includes wardrobe, colors, a possible theme and we book the session date and time. If a styled session, I will need your child’s measurements and clothing sizes;  2) We have the session! What a glorious day!; 3) About a week after the session, we will have the viewing/ordering session. This is where you get to see the images that were captured and place your order for printed products; 4) Delivery of your order.

 

I hand deliver your order to you because I want to see the smile on your face when you receive you artwork! That’s it!

Branding is pretty similar to this process, the only difference is you get to select your images at the end of the session. With my branding collections, you purchase a preset number of images but I totally welcome you to purchase additional images.  I do it this way because I know how busy business owners and entrepreneurs are, so the sooner you can get your images, the better. Depending on the selected collection, you can receive your images the next business day. Your images will be delivered via digital download.

The process is pretty seamless. I do send out email reminders about your session, as well as your consultation so that you don’t miss a beat. Considering COVID is still raging, meeting via video chat is the preferred method until the session. I think we should all be pros with video chats now.

I hope that helps breakdown how you can get fantastic images in only four steps. Again, I just want to help make a small part of your life a little easier. Provide you with one less thing to do.
